Hot Sauce Exclusive: Rachel Klebaur

Rachel Klebaur, Owner of Orrman’s Cheese Shop, started her love for all things cheese when she attended the French Culinary Institute in New York City, which has since merged with the Institute of Culinary Education.

Her shop is a 4-foot cheese case and an upright case that used to contain back stock but now is used for cheese displays. She serves grilled cheese, cheese boards, and cheese plates, everything from gift boxes to cheese platters.

In this clip, Klebaur talks about the community of food people in Charlotte supporting small businesses and local farmers and producers and how her business tries to support other local businesses as well. This shows how community groups like this help in growing small businesses in Charlotte.
